The project appears as a natural response to its specific condition, an element on a viaduct, and from the understanding that its main objective is to complete the urban fabric. The project is configured as a simple and expressive volume that works as a ​​transition element between the south façade towards the city, and the north façade towards the periphery. On its southern side, the volume is staggered to establish a suitable scale with the surroundings and allow its garden terraces to characterize the whole. Towards the north, the building staggers slightly to open its main uses towards the periphery, showing itself as a light element resting on the viaduct. This dichotomy, allows to respond in a coherent way to each side, and at the same time find a common language with the student residence building.
