Ideally located on the cliff, facing the Atlantic Ocean and overlooking the Goulet de Brest, the new building for Exail group is conceived as a compact and pragmatic project open towards the landscape. The expression of the architecture is concentrated in the slim shape of its volume, completed by some adjunct elements, influenced by a certain naval world. The design meets a series of demanding challenges, ranging from the adaptability and flexibility of the spaces, the minimization of the building’s environmental impact, as well as the cohesion and well-being of the employees desired for this site.
