The project is located in Badalona, ​​in the metropolitan area of ​​Barcelona close to the sea. It consists of two buildings, which house a total of 38 homes, and complete the pre-existing block delimiting a shared garden. The central garden is the unifying element of the project, which offers light and tranquility to the homes and reinforces the community bonds of its inhabitants. Both buildings are made up of open galleries that run along the entire façade, with curtains on the exterior plane, which provide flexibility for the interior spaces and allow the boundaries of the house to be extended. The orderly disorder that responds to the inhabitants will keep the façade alive. The type of housing is formed with a single large, flexible space, with the possibility of dividing it in two or three, so that users can configure and customize the living space to suit their needs.
